Much of the shellfish comes directly from the sister company up at Loch Fyne in Scotland where delicious oysters and mussels are grown naturally in the clear waters of the loch and can be on your plate, ready to eat the next day.

Loch Fyne is also well known for putting caring for the marine environment at the heart of its business and only serves seafood that has been fished or farmed responsibly and sustainably. This is one of the reasons why the menu changes twice a year to accommodate seasonal variation in the fish that are abundant and available around the British coast.

The autumn/winter menu features classic seafood dishes from moules marinieres and lobster platters to simple fish pies, sea bream and salmon with bok choy - there is also a selection of meat dishes featuring Scottish reared beef, venison and lamb all selected from small producers meeting the highest quality and welfare standards.
