Our Restaurants

The name Loch Fyne has become synonymous with fabulous, fresh, sustainable seafood. All our restaurants have a warm and friendly atmosphere - there is no stuffiness or standing on ceremony - just helpful, polite service from knowledgeable staff. The seafood is the best in the world we succeed in combing this with affordable prices and a relaxed dining experience that perfectly complements a stay at one of our Milsoms hotels. Loch Fyne Restaurants began life as a small oyster shack on the banks of Loch Fyne on the main West Highland route in Scotland. Serving oysters and mussels fresh from the loch, the shack soon turned into a hugely popular destination and so began the move south of the border. Our restaurants in Bath, Henley, Poole and Kenilworth all have their own character but all are the off-spring of the original concept and stay true to the philosophy of 'simple food, served with style'

So what's on the menu? A stay at Milsoms hotel isn't complete without a meal at Loch Fyne...

There's something for everyone - not just seafood lovers. On the a la carte menu starters are priced from 5 and include pan-fried squid with balsamic dressing, lobster bisque and a melt-in-the-mouth wild mushroom, spinach and goats cheese tart. Mains from 9 include a 'From the loch..' selection featuring oysters, mussels and stunning seafood platters. If shellfish isn't your thing then tuck into salmon with shiitake mushrooms, ginger and bok choy, whole sea bass with rosemary and herbs or a simple but delicious smoked fish pie. Meat lovers will be delighted to see fabulous Scottish-reared produce on the menu including the highly acclaimed Glen Fyne steak and a sensational Highland venison and beef casserole with creamy mash.

Room for dessert? They are a real treat - all homemade and changing daily but look out for a winning sticky toffee pudding and a traditional Scottish pud called cranachan which is an indulgent but perfect way to round of a meal.

Look out too for the set menus which offer exceptional value for money and of course our famous breakfasts - full English, scrambled egg with smoked salmon or our world renowned Loch Fyne kippers.
